Note that at least one of the authors listed on a paper must register for 2006 MFI
in order for the paper to be included in the proceedings.

Extra Page Charge
The standard number of pages is 6 and the maximum page limit is 8
pages with extra payment for the additional pages. In case of an excess of pages,
